This article is helpful for users who are having issues while attempting to login to their profile and system is requesting a verification code instead of password. This behavior is encountered in situations where profile was created without a password, such when customer opts to receive email newsletter before having rower profile created.
Please see steps below to modify sign-in and enable quick-login:
- On your equipment, go to the Profile menu, long-press on top of profile with reported issue until a trash can shows up
- Click on the trash can to remove profile
- Access our website (https://www.avironactive.com/) via a laptop or desktop
- Login to that profile using the login option on top right corner
- Once Logged, please click on the same icon again but now select Profile
- Once inside profile, please update profile information and click on Set Password
- Click on the Reset/Set Password button that you received on your email
- Once password has been set, please return to equipment to login using password
Alternatively, you can use the Forgot Password option at Sign-in page so a set/reset password is sent to your email.
