Managing Your Membership
Where can I purchase a Membership?
You can purchase a membership directly from our website here: https://www.avironactive.com/shop/home-fitness/personal-membership/
Please ensure to select the correct machine type before adding a membership to your cart.
For StrongSeries, ImpactSeries, and ToughSeries rowers; FitBikes; and VictoryTreadmills please select “Strong Rower/Fit Bike/Treadmill”.
For a StrongGO rower, please select “StrongGO Rower”.
Activating a Membership
To activate a membership, simply log-in to your machine using the same email address used to purchase your membership. A pop-up will appear inviting you to activate a membership.
Click “Activate” to get started!
Once you click “Activate”, your billing cycle will begin.
Pause Your Membership
You may pause a Monthly Membership for up to 2 months. You can head over to our website and follow the steps below:
- Login with the email you used to purchase your machine or membership and head to your Profile
- Go to the Membership tab https://accounts.avironactive.com/membership
- View Membership Detail (by clicking on your activated membership status)
- Select Pause Membership
Pausing a membership can be done twice within one calendar year and would pause your monthly membership for one month starting at the end of your current billing cycle and will auto-renew once the month is over.
Please note Annual Memberships cannot be paused at this time.
The StrongGo membership can also be paused as long as it was purchased through our website directly. StrongGo Memberships purchased via the Apple App Store cannot be paused.
Cancel Your Membership
If you’d like to cancel your membership, please reach out to us at hello@avironactive.com! We can guide you through the process and ensure everything is handled smoothly.
Cancel Your Membership on the Aviron: Game Your Workout App
If your membership was activated/purchased through the Aviron website, please follow the steps above.
If you purchased your membership through the Aviron: Game Your Workout app on the Apple App store and would like to cancel your membership, you must contactApple Support.

If applicable, you can request a refund from Apple Support using this link: https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT204084
Please note that Apple grants refunds on a case-by-case basis.
If you purchased your StrongGO membership through our website and would like to cancel, please reach out to us at hello@avironactive.com and we’ll guide you through the process!
Change Your Membership Plan
You can change your Monthly Membership to an Annual Membership right from our website!
Please follow the steps below:
- Log in with the email you used to purchase your rower or membership and head to your Profile
- Go to the Membership tab https://accounts.avironactive.com/membership
- View Membership Detail (by clicking on your activated membership status)
- Click “Change Membership” and select Annual Membership
*Please note you cannot switch your membership from Annual to Monthly at this time.
Have more than 1 Aviron Machine?
If you have multiple Aviron machines, you may extend your membership to each machine for an additional $10/month with a Monthly plan, or $120/year with an Annual plan!
Please follow these steps to change your membership plan to extend to multiple machines:
- Log in to avironactive.com with the email you used to purchase your membership and head to your Profile
- Go to the Membership tab https://accounts.avironactive.com/membership
- View Membership Detail (by clicking on your activated membership status)
- Click “Change Membership”
- Select the membership that covers the number of Aviron machines you have and confirm the change
- Log in to your additional machine(s) using the same email address the membership is associated with to activate your membership
*Applicable for the ToughSeries, ImpactSeries, and StrongSeries Rowers; FitBikes, and VictoryTreadmills
Family Sharing with the Aviron: Game Your Workout App
If you have a StrongGO rower and use the Aviron: Game Your Workout app through your Apple device, you may share your membership with other Apple devices in your family.
Please follow the steps to add a family member/friend to your Aviron: Game Your Workout membership:
- Log in to avironactive.com with the email you used to purchase your membership and head to your Profile
- Go to the Membership tab https://accounts.avironactive.com/membership
- View Membership Detail (by clicking on your activated membership status)
- Click “Members List”
- Enter your family member or friend’s Aviron user email and click “Invite”
- An email invitation will be sent to your family member/friend
Once the invitation is accepted, your family member/friend can now sign in to the Aviron: Game Your Workout app on their own iPad or iPhone and access your membership.
