Shipping Cost
Standard Shipping
Shipping is $49 in the contiguous U.S. when Standard Shipping is selected at checkout.
A Premium Shipping fee of $250 will be applied for orders shipping to Alaska or Hawaii.
VictoryTreadmill Orders
For VictoryTreadmill orders shipping to areas with delivery challenges, a $100 Expert Delivery Fee may apply. If applicable, you may find this fee in your item line at checkout.
White Glove Delivery Service
White Glove Delivery is available at checkout for $299 (dependent on ZIP code). This service is performed by our shipping partner, AIT, and includes the following:
- Scheduled delivery appointment
- Assembly of machine(s) to your room of choice
- Installation of key hardware
- Connect your machine to your network
- Debris removal
Though we’re sure you’ll love your Aviron, please note to keep all the original packaging to be eligible for the 30-day risk-free trial!
APO Addresses and PO Boxes
Please enter a street address when making an order through our website. We are unable to ship to APO addresses and PO boxes as the machines and accessories are too large.
Track Your Shipment
Standard Shipping
For orders with Standard Shipping, we ship via UPS. Once your order ships out, you will receive an email with your tracking number(s) which you can use to follow your delivery updates on the ups.com website.

Please note there may be additional charges from UPS depending on the selected service.
Victory Treadmills and White Glove Delivery Service
Victory Treadmill orders and machine orders with White Glove Delivery service are managed by our shipping partner, AIT.
When your order ships, you’ll be sent an email with a link through which you may follow along with your delivery. AIT will also contact you to schedule a delivery appointment.

Lead Times
Your order will ship out from one of our warehouses within 3-5 business days from the day you ordered. Unless otherwise specified on the checkout page or extenuating circumstances. You will receive an email with your tracking information so that you may stay updated on your delivery!
Delivery Times
Arrival times will vary depending on your shipping address. We have 3 warehouses servicing the contiguous U.S., so it shouldn’t be a long wait! You may follow along with any delivery status updates with the tracking number(s) sent to your email when your order shipped out.

Signature Requirement
A signature is required upon delivery for all orders made on our website to protect your purchase! Aviron machines and accessories are high-value items, and this is to ensure your order reaches you at the correct address.

Delay a Shipment
Expecting to be out of town? Please share your name and order number with us at hello@avironactive.com and we can delay your shipment up to 30 days!
