In order to be eligible for a risk-free return, you must meet the following requirements:
-Have the original packaging

-Have not returned an Aviron machine in the past

Memberships:

How often do you get returns?
We rarely get returns, but when we do, it's usually due to the customer having a prior injury that exercise in general aggravates.

What do you do with your returned product/Can I buy a used machine?
We do not sell any returned/used merchandise. We make use of the returned units by loaning them to potential new retailers to try out in-store.
What If I'm outside of my Risk Free Trial / Don't have the original boxes?
Unfortunately, if you are outside of your 30 day risk-free return window, or don't have the original boxes, we are unable to process a return for your order.
However, please see below some suggestions to recoup some of the costs for your rower:
- You can always try reselling the rower online via Facebook Marketplace, Kijiji, Craig's List, etc. - our rower is always in high demand, and you should not have any issues trying to resell it
- You can contact any local gym equipment/fitness stores to see if they purchase any used machines to recoup some of the costs
