Is a membership required?
You can use our machines with or without a membership!
Without a membership, you can still access your favorite streaming/app platforms like YouTube, Netflix, Disney+, Hulu, Amazon Prime, HBO Max, Paramount+, Spotify, Tubi, TikTok, Apple Music, and Kindle. You can also create unlimited profiles, view your metrics, earn badges, add and follow friends, track your workout history, adjust resistance, chart your performance, and access the free Android and iOS MyAviron Companion app. You can scroll down to the bottom of this page to see the Metrics Monitor: https://www.avironactive.com/membership/
Please note that without a membership, your stats will not be recorded during streaming sessions.
With a membership, an unlimited number of users can gain access to our online community and expanding library of content, which includes: races, games, pros vs joes, scenic destination rowing, and various workout programs that'll have you getting on and off the rower for a full-body workout, including 70+ workouts and programs by Training Tall, John Steventon and Jenny. We update our content on a monthly basis right now, and you'll have full access to all software and content releases.
How much is a Membership?
Our memberships are $24/monthly, billed annually ($288). That's 2 free months for the year!

The membership app for StrongGo is called “Aviron: Game Your Workout” and is available for download in the Apple Store. The monthly option is $29 a month, and the annual option is $288 a year, which saves you two months of membership! ($59)
Have more than one Aviron machine? You can add a machine to your membership for only $10/month!

Do I need an Aviron Membership to be able to access the streaming services?
No! You are able to stream with or without a membership. :) However, without a membership, you will not have access to your stats bar, the ability to earn Aviron Coins, or recorded metrics for your workout history while streaming.
How many profiles can I have with a Membership?
With or without a membership, you can create an unlimited number of profiles. We don't restrict the number of users so everyone can track their own progress.

What is the difference between the Family and Commercial Membership?
Both memberships have the same content. The commercial membership has additional security and privacy features for commercial settings. This is best used if the rower is being placed in a public setting.

Can the membership be used with another brand?
Our membership/software content is exclusive and only compatible with our machines at the time.
How do I activate my membership?
Please make sure you log in to your machine with the same email used at checkout. Your membership should be available to activate after signing in, choosing the membership option you chose from checkout, and clicking Activate.
Can I change my Membership from a monthly to an annual?
You can change your monthly membership to an annual membership right from our website! Please follow these steps:
1. Login with the email you used to purchase your rower or membership
2. Go to Membership https://accounts.avironactive.com/membership
3. Click on your Activation Status to View Membership Detail and look for the Change Membership button
4. Click Change Membership
*Please note you cannot switch your membership from annual to monthly.
Can I pause my membership?
Only the Monthly Membership can be paused. You can head over to our website and follow the steps below:
1. Login with the email you used to purchase your rower or membership
2. Go to Membership https://accounts.avironactive.com/membership
3. View Membership Detail (by clicking on your activated membership status)
4. Select Pause Membership
Pausing a membership can be done twice within one calendar year and would pause your monthly membership for one month starting at the end of your current billing cycle and will auto-renew once the month is over.
*Please note that this cannot be done for the Annual Membership
Can the StrongGo Membership be paused?
The StrongGo membership can also be paused as long as it was purchased through our website directly. StrongGo Memberships purchased via the Apple App Store cannot be paused.
Can I cancel my membership?
At any time, you can head over to our website and follow the steps below:
1. Log in with the email you used to purchase your rower or membership
2. Go to Membership https://accounts.avironactive.com/membership
3. View membership detail (by clicking on your activated membership status)
4. Select Cancel Membership
You will continue to have software access until the end of your membership cycle.
How do I cancel my Aviron: Game Your Workout Apple membership subscription?
If purchased via our website, you can cancel your StrongGo membership from your profile here: https://accounts.avironactive.com/membership
If your membership was purchased via the Apple App Store, please follow the steps below :)
To cancel your membership, you will have to go through Apple Support as the membership comes from the App Store. You can follow this guide below :)

How do I family share with my StrongGo?
If you have an active membership with your StrongGo, purchased via our website, you can head to your membership page to get started and share your StrongGo Membership to other iPhones or iPads in your family. :)
1. Log in to view your membership page here: https://accounts.avironactive.com/membership
2. Click on your membership activation status
3. Click on Members List
4. Type your family member's Aviron user email and click Invite
5. They will receive an email that they will have to accept the invitation
6. Your family member can now sign in to Aviron Game Your Workout on their own iPad or iPhone
